SHIPPING

Free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Denmark — 1-3 business days
European Union — 2-5 business days
Rest of the world — 3-8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimations and not guarantees. We do not take responsibility for orders held in transit or customs. All estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment. During peak sales periods, please allow an additional day or two for order processing.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return your goods within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, and include the original packaging. We recommend trying on items on a carpeted surface.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that international returns may experience longer shipping times.

Return Shipping Fees:

Denmark — 50 DKK
European Union — 25 EUR
Rest of the world — 40 USD

The cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
For faster service, return the item you have for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Free exchanges are available within the EU, which means that the return shipping fee will not be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at returns@joabarefoot.com.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Within the EU
Prices shown on our website for customers within the European Union are inclusive of VAT. No additional taxes or duties will be charged.

USA
All orders to the United States are shipped according to Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning JOA covers all import duties, tariffs, and customs fees. The price shown at checkout is the final price — no additional charges.

For unclaimed packages, all costs related to both delivery and return shipping, including any taxes and duties, will be debited upon the handling of the return.

Rest of the world
For the rest of the world, prices are shown excluding VAT.

Orders may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. JOA ships these orders according to Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout. Any additional charges must be settled by the customer for customs clearance. JOA does not cover these costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
